Aunt Addie Pearl, Aunt Dot and Uncle Hobb

Aunt Addie Pearl Reed and Aunt Dot Kirby live in Athens, TX. They are the sisters of my grandfather, Donald Key. Aunt Addie Pearl shared a room with my grandmother for several months before Mamaw died in 2003. During this time, we got re-aquainted with her. She especially took with Dalton so we decided we would visit her as much as possible.

By the summer of 2004, Aunt Dot (her sister) had moved in with her. I introduced Dalton to her and said "This is Dalton Key". She took a deep breath and said "That was our daddy's name". Now we visit and love them both.

Addie Pearl (Key) Reid was born on July 16, 1914. Dorothy (Key) Kirby was born on August 6, 1917. They have a lot of stories to tell us when we visit them and are such an inspiration. God bless you Aunt Dot and Aunt Addie Pearl.

This is our uncle, Harvey Hitt. We call him Uncle Hobb. He lives in Athens, TX too and was born on Dec. 4, 1914. He is my grandmothers brother. We love you, Uncle Hobb and will try to come visit you again.
