Lord, I thank you that you have given Dalton to us. I’m glad to have the opportunity to love him and raise him. I love him so much. You have blessed me with this boy in immeasurable ways.

Father, Dalton has some genuine stress at school. I believe it is even deeper than his usual dislike of things which are good for him. He really is stressed over the environment. Sometimes I don’t listen to him as he claims and don’t show much concern for what he has to go through. Please give me patience and understanding and thank you that when I show patience, Dalton does too and he talks to me. That is a real blessing from above!

Lord God, it is my prayer that you would bless Dalton too with patience and understanding. I pray that he would listen to his teachers and consider what they are telling him really is for his own good. I pray he would know that he is liked and his teachers want to help him. I pray that he would make the effort to be nice to his teachers especially when he believes they are not being nice to him. Father, would you remove the stress from his school day? Would you calm his life, that he would be able to see your real blessings and purpose for his life?

Thank you, Lord that you are preparing him for something big. Thank you that a huge blessing is just around the corner for Dalton and you will be working through him and we will be very proud of him and thankful for the work of the Lord in Daltons life.

You bless me every day with my son, and so I will tell him every day that he is loved.
