O God, we have asked for you to increase our church family and you have answered in a big way. We have several new families worshipping with us and what a blessing that is!

Lord, I pray that we would receive them in love. Please direct us and use us in providing our new families with the friendship and love that they are searching for. I pray our services would be spirit-led, spirit-filled worship and would saturate them with the love that can only come from the Father above. Lord, please come down and receive these people, your children who yearn for you and may not even realize it. Perform a good work in them that soon we would have sold-out brothers and sisters for Christ who want to shout Halleluiah, and Amen at every opportunity! Lord, we don’t need any more pew sitters, we need hot people who want to serve you and sing praises to your name and get to know you at the very depths of your supreme existence.

Holy God, while I want to be an inspiration to our new families, I am awestruck that they are already an inspiration to me. I can see their faithfulness, eagerness to serve, their sincere, genuine caring spirit, devotion and courage. These people are not like me. They are not afraid to be a part of the family. They are already involved and expect to be treated as a part of the family. Praise God!

I’m so thankful. How I love seeing the new faces in our sanctuary. We have asked and we have received. I am thankful that you are pleased with our efforts and are rewarding us with new families to love and take care of. Father, your answer to our prayers is overwhelming. You’re an awesome God who wants to see big things happen in his church. I’m excited in what’s about to happen and anxious to be a part of it. Bless us Lord, and we ask this in accordance with your perfect will, in the name of Jesus. Amen.
